These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Thunder Apps Studio (“we”, “us”), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. They cover your use of our website at thunderapps.xyz and our iOS apps, including DocSnapper, Cocktale, FlirtWise, WealthWise, DebtTracker and PawPass (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
Our apps and the App Store
Our apps are distributed through Apple’s App Store. When you download one, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, along with these Terms. If the two conflict, the Apple agreement wins for that app.
We, not Apple, are responsible for our apps and their content, maintenance, support and any product claims. Apple has no obligation to provide support for them. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as they relate to our apps.
Who can use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Some apps have higher age requirements. Cocktale is only for adults of legal drinking age where they live, and FlirtWise is only for adults 18 and over. By using an app, you confirm that you meet its age requirement.
Purchases and subscriptions
- Our apps are free to download. Some features need an in-app purchase or a subscription, for example WealthWise PRO or DebtTracker PRO. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged when the subscription renews.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
You own the documents, photos, text and other content you create or add in our apps. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the features you use, such as generating an AI reply or hosting a share link you create. You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the right to use it, and to share it when you create a share link.
AI features and information in our apps
- AI-generated suggestions, replies, scores and insights can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Please review them before relying on or sending them. You are responsible for the messages you choose to send.
- WealthWise provides budgeting tools and general information only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Forecasts and scores are estimates.
- DebtTracker provides debt payoff planning tools and general information only. It is not financial, tax or legal advice. Payoff dates, interest savings and AI Debt Coach suggestions are estimates.
- Cocktale’s recipes and drink tracker are for entertainment and personal awareness. They are not medical advice. Please drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and follow the laws where you live.
- DocSnapper’s text recognition and editing tools may make mistakes. Check important documents before you rely on them, and do not use the app to alter documents in a misleading or unlawful way.
- PawPass care sheets are a convenience, not a substitute for advice from a veterinarian.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or misleading;
- harass, deceive, threaten or impersonate anyone, including people you meet through dating apps;
- upload or share content you don’t have the right to share, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
- try to copy, reverse engineer or disrupt the Services, or get around any limits or security features; or
- use automated means to access the Services or overload our systems.
Our intellectual property
The Services, including our apps, website, designs, text, graphics, logos and the Thunder Apps Studio name, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store rules. Other names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners. FlirtWise is not affiliated with or endorsed by any dating app.
Third-party services and links
The Services rely on or link to services we don’t control, such as Apple, Google and AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Changes and availability
We work to keep the Services running well, but we may change, suspend or discontinue features or apps at any time. We may also suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. When access ends, the parts of these Terms that should continue will continue, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits on liability.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Some places don’t allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us through the App Store in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 USD if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If you are a consumer in the European Union or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
Export and sanctions compliance
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo, and that you are not on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a right, we have not waived it. If these Terms are translated, the English version applies in case of conflict. You may not transfer these Terms without our permission. We may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of our business.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is material, we will give at least 30 days’ notice in the app or on this website before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated Terms.
